本文主要联系韶关钢厂308m~3新建高炉工程的安装施工,着重谈谈设备全过程管理的重要性,以及设备管理如何更好地为工程施工和竣工投产服务等问题。 1.设备全过程管理的含义 设备的全过程管理,具体说来,就是对设备下述过程的管理:调查研究→设计制造→安装→运转→维护检修→报废。 设备全过程管理的目标是:追求设备一生最低的总费用。它不仅象传统设备管理那样,考虑设备购买费用的多少,同时还必须考虑设备的可靠性和维修性,即维修费用的多少。因此,推广设备全过程管理对于如何管理好设备,充分发挥其效能,具有十分重要的意义。
