目的康复护理用于腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的效果。方法选取该院收治的腰椎压缩性骨折患者56例为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,28例常规组患者施以基础护理,28例研究组患者予以康复护理,比较两组的护理满意度。结果常规组总满意度75.00%,研究组96.43%,研究组比常规组高21.43%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎压缩性骨折患者施以康复护理干预,可以改善护患关系,提高护理满意度。
Objective Rehabilitation Nursing for the Treatment of Patients with Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture. Methods Fifty-six patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. 28 patients in the routine group received basic nursing and 28 patients in the study group received rehabilitation nursing. The nursing satisfaction degree. Results The total satisfaction of the conventional group was 75.00%, the study group was 96.43%, the study group was 21.43% higher than the conventional group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with lumbar compression fractures can improve the relationship between nurses and patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
