在我国生产汽车齿轮的工厂中,不少厂仍采用很落后的工艺来进行内齿倒角,劳动强度大,产量低,质量差,严重影响装配性能。为了确保产品质量,减轻劳动强度,提高劳动效率,我们利用已淘汰的简易Y32滚齿机改装了一台内齿倒角机,获得了较好的效果,达到了国内内齿倒角的先进工艺水平,同时也适用于外齿轮倒角。一、工作原理在CA-10B汽车变速器中,有两个滑动齿套需倒内齿圆角,技术条件如图1(图中α<0.5mm)所示:在齿端要形成两个方向的圆弧,一个是R6,倾斜高度0.5;另一个是未标数值的R圆弧,弦高是1.5。
