随着国家电力体制改革的推进,电力施工企业面临的竞争也越来越激烈,除了政策、市场等外部因素外,电力施工企业在成本管理方面还存在管理观念僵化、管理措施薄弱,控制手段落后,材料浪费严重等现象,影响单位经济效益。加强成本管理成为电力施工企业提高经济效益的主要手段,既是企业积极适应市场竞争规则的要求,又是向科学管理要效益的具体举措。经过对目前电力施工企业的成本管理现状进行调查,本文将对电力施工企业成本管理的现状进行分析,并对电力施工企业如何加强成本管理进行了几点思考。
