目的研究三七总苷对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝脏TGF-β1/Smads和CTGF表达的影响。方法大鼠灌服白酒-玉米油-吡唑混合液14周,建立酒精性肝损伤模型。成模大鼠随机分成模型组、三七总苷组(高、低剂量组)、水飞蓟素组,同时另设正常对照组,均治疗4周后,测定肝功能、大鼠肝组织TGF-β1、Smad3、Smad7、CTGF mRNA的表达量。结果与模型组比较,三七总苷组能明显降低血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)以及总胆红素(TB)水平,减少肝组织TGF-β1、Smad3、Smad7、CTGF mRNA的表达量;不同剂量组之间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高剂量三七总苷组与水飞蓟素组之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三七总苷与对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝脏TGF-β1/Smads、CTGF表达有抑制作用。
Objective To study the effects of Panax Notoginseng on the expression of hepatic TGF-β1 / Smads and CTGF in alcoholic liver injury rats. Methods Alcohol-corn oil-pyrazole mixture was administered to rats for 14 weeks to establish alcoholic liver injury model. Rats were randomly divided into model group, Panax notoginseng group (high and low dose group), silymarin group, and another normal control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the liver function, the expression of TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7, CTGF mRNA expression levels. Results Compared with the model group, Panax notoginseng group could significantly reduce the levels of serum ALT, AST and total bilirubin (TB), and reduce the expression of TGF-β1, Smad3, Smad7 and CTGF mRNA (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between high-dose Panax Notoginseng group and silymarin group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Panax notoginseng can inhibit the expression of hepatic TGF-β1 / Smads and CTGF in rats with alcoholic liver injury.
