1、应用领域和技术原理 标准文献是人类实践经验和科学技术发展的结晶,是人类活动的重要依据。标准文献情报管理机构的重要工作就是收集、研究标准情报并为社会提供标准情报的研究成果及咨询、引导等服务。多年来,标准情报机构的手工工作方式难以适应标准情报信息的急剧膨胀及社会对标准情报的需求。
1. Application Fields and Technical Principles Standard documents are the result of human’s practical experience and development of science and technology and an important basis for human activities. The important work of a standard document information management agency is to collect and research standard intelligence and provide the society with research results on standard intelligence and consulting and guidance services. Over the years, the manual work by the standard intelligence agencies has struggled to cope with the dramatic expansion of standard intelligence information and the community’s demand for standard intelligence.
