现代学校以班级为主要单位,班级是学生学习和成长的主要阵地。小学班主任是与小学生接触最多的人,小学生在校期间的学习和生活离不开班主任的管理和教育,班主任对班级的管理质量直接影响着学生们的健康成长。由此可以看出,班级管理的科学性和有效性是十分重要的。在班级管理工作中,小学班主任是管理者、组织者和引导者,担负着教书育人的重任,班主任老师采取的管理方法能够直接对班级管理水平产生影响。本文探讨分析了班主任在班级管理工作中采取的措施,希望给有关教师提供参考借鉴。
Modern schools to class as the main unit, the class is the main position for students to learn and grow. The primary school teacher is the person who has the most contact with the pupils. The pupils ’study and life during the school can not be separated from the teacher’s management and education. The class teacher’s management quality directly affects the students’ healthy growth. From this we can see that the class management is scientific and effective is very important. In the work of class management, the primary school teacher is the manager, organizer and guider who takes the heavy responsibility of teaching and educating. The management method adopted by the head teacher can directly affect the class management. This article explores and analyzes the measures taken by the class teacher in class management, hoping to provide relevant reference for teachers.
