采用铜型铸造法制备直径为12mm的Ti35Zr30Be27.5-xCu7.5Cox(x=3.5,7.5,11.5)系列块体非晶合金。采用X射线分析(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了Co元素含量变化对Ti-Zr基合金的非晶形成能力、结构变化以及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着Co元素替代部分Be元素(x=3.5,7.5),合金的非晶形成能力由5mm显著提高到12mm,进一步增加Co元素含量(x=11.5)时,非晶形成能力迅速降低,其形成能力不足5mm;但随着Co含量的变化,Ti35Zr30Be27.5-x Cu7.5Cox(x=3.5,7.5,11.5)系列块体非晶合金的玻璃转变温度Tg、晶化温度Tx分别从x=0时的636K和718K降低到x=11.5时的612K和647K。讨论了Co元素的添加对Ti35Zr30Be27.5-xCu7.5Cox(x=3.5,7.5,11.5)合金结构变化的影响。
A Ti35Zr30Be27.5-xCu7.5Cox (x = 3.5, 7.5, 11.5) series bulk amorphous alloy with a diameter of 12 mm was prepared by a copper casting method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used to investigate the effect of Co content on the amorphous formability, structural change and thermal stability of Ti-Zr-based alloys. The results show that with the substitution of Co for some Be elements (x = 3.5, 7.5), the amorphous formability of the alloy increases from 5mm to 12mm, and the amorphous formation ability decreases rapidly with increasing Co content (x = 11.5) , But its formation ability is less than 5 mm. However, with the change of Co content, the glass transition temperature Tg and the crystallization temperature Tx of Ti35Zr30Be27.5-x Cu7.5Cox (x = 3.5, 7.5, 11.5) 636K and 718K at x = 0 are reduced to 612K and 647K at x = 11.5. The effect of Co addition on the structure of Ti35Zr30Be27.5-xCu7.5Cox (x = 3.5, 7.5, 11.5) alloys was discussed.
