FO3低氮树脂我厂铸造生产中采用的型砂粘结剂一直是60年代被美国誉为专利的呋喃Ⅰ型树脂,这种树脂的型砂流动性差,存放时间短,砂芯吸潮性强,在高温季节砂芯废品率很高。由于含氮高达13%,浇注时分解出游离氮气,使铸件易出现气孔,夏季缸体漏气率高达30%以上。为降低铸件废品率,技术中心材料室从82年起就开始研制低氮树脂,在两年中从合成的十几种树脂中筛选出四种,并作了详细的对比试验,一个夏季积累一万多个数据,最后选择
