《工人日报》1998年6月3日登载了一篇题为《邳州“第一贪”的覆灭》的文章,读来令人警示之处颇多。江苏邳州原市委书记邢党婴,是个有着不寻常身世的人物。1956年夏季淮河流域发生洪涝灾害,铁路工人、共产党员老邢进行护路作业时在洪水里发现一个奄奄一息的婴儿,老邢立即将他抱回家喂养,并起名叫党婴。邢党婴好学上进,走上工作岗位后工作积极.32岁即当上了副县长,以后步步高升,直至任邳州市委书记。这样一个靠党和人民的乳汁哺养长大做了市委书记的人,为什么会一步步走上蜕化变质的道路?
On June 3, 1998, the Workers’ Daily published an article titled “The Destruction of the First Corruption of Zhuozhou”, which is a source of warnings.
