2001年10月29-30日,由外经贸七商会联席会办公室主办、机电商会承办的“利用WTO规则扩大进出口贸易研讨会”在北京召开,共有近300位全国各地的企业代表到会。外经贸七商会联席会办公室主任,机电商会会长李慧芬出席研讨会并做了题为“入世后中国进出口商会和进出口企业面临的任务”的演讲。在此次研讨会上,外经贸部原副部长、中国第一届入世谈判团团长沈觉人做了主题报告;WTO中国工作组的JEFFREY GERTLER先生作为特邀嘉宾到会进行了精彩的演讲;国家计委、国家经贸委、外经贸部、国家海关总署等有关司局
From October 29-30, 2001, hosted by the office of the Chamber of Commerce of the Chamber of Commerce of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, the Seminar on Enlarging Import and Export Trade Using WTO Rules was held in Beijing. There are nearly 300 business representatives from all over the country meeting. Li Huifen, director of the office of the Chamber of Commerce for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, attended the seminar and delivered a speech titled “The Challenges China’s Import and Export Chamber of Commerce and Import-Export Enterprises Face after Entering WTO”. At the seminar, Mr. Shen Jueren, former vice minister of foreign trade and economic cooperation and head of China’s first WTO accession delegation, delivered a keynote speech. Mr. JEFFREY GERTLER, WTO China Working Group, gave a wonderful speech as a special guest.
