现代信息技术不仅为财政业务提供了新的管理工具、技术设施,而且不断催生着新的管理方式。顺应现代信息技术的财政业务管理架构,是“金财工程”成功的关键。根据本人在财政部信息中心多年来参加财政系统信息化建设的体会,并吸取某些“金字”工程的经验教训,从技术层面上考虑,我认为应该从以下几个方面着手,搞好“金财工程”的建设。一、建立完整的信息系统总体框架,统一技术标准
