本院自1966年以来,共遇到孤立肾9例。右侧7例,左侧2例。男性7例,女性2例,年龄14～40岁。6例经手术探查证实,3例未探查。9例排泄性尿路造影均示一侧肾不显影。5例作腹膜后充气造影均一侧不显示肾影。6例作同位素肾图均示一侧肾无功能。7例作膀胱镜检查,有5例肾未显影的一侧未见输尿管开口,2例输尿管开口不明确。1例为肾积水合并裂伤,手术探查时确诊为孤立肾。
Our hospital since 1966, a total of 9 cases of isolated kidney. Right in 7 cases, left in 2 cases. 7 males and 2 females, aged 14 to 40 years old. 6 cases confirmed by surgical exploration, 3 cases did not explore. Nine cases of urinary tract urinary tract showed renal side without imaging. 5 cases of retroperitoneal gasification on the same side does not show renal shadow. 6 cases of isotope nephrogram showed no renal side function. Cystoscopy was performed in 7 cases. There were no ureteral openings on the undeveloped side of the kidney in 5 cases, and ureteral openings were not clear in 2 cases. 1 case of hydronephrosis with laceration, surgical exploration was diagnosed as isolated kidney.
