编辑同志:我是一名预备党员,到今年预备期满,我想详细地了解预备党员转正的程序与要求。靖邦2012年1月6日靖邦同志:党章规定:预备党员预备期满,“认真履行党员义务,具备党员条件的,应当按期转为正式党员。”党支部对预备党员,应该以党章规定的党员条件严格要求,具体分析,全面衡量。在预备期间,没有发现其有政治历史问题,现实表现好,确实已具备党员条件的,可按期转为正式党员。
