重庆直辖以来,经济快速发展,人们生活水平提高,促进了移动通信的大发展。为了适应用户发展,满足社会各界对移动通信持续增长的需要,保持网络覆盖优势,增强企业自身竞争力,同时,本着“传输先行”的建设要求,为提高PTN设备的覆盖率及PTN网络成环率,保证LTE新增站点的快速开通,重庆公司启动了“2015年PTN优化传输工程”。本文从重庆公司传送网接入层建设现状入手,详细分析和阐述了PTN优化传输工程,并对其进行经济评估。
Since the municipality directly under the Central Government, the rapid economic development and improvement of people’s living standards have promoted the great development of mobile communications. In order to meet the development of users, to satisfy the continuous growth of mobile communications needs of all sectors of the community to maintain the advantages of network coverage and enhance their own competitiveness, at the same time, in line with the “transmission first” building requirements, in order to improve PTN equipment coverage and PTN Network Ring Rate to ensure the rapid opening of LTE new site, Chongqing launched “2015 PTN optimized transmission project.” This article starts with the status quo of Chongqing company’s transmission network access layer construction, analyzes and expounds in detail the PTN transmission project and carries out economic evaluation.
