随着经济社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们对食品安全的关注和要求也越来越高。作为食品监测的重要手段—食品微生物检验成为保证食品安全的一道重要防线,检验数据的准确可靠可以为疾病预防控制、卫生监督及采取相应措施提供科学依据。因此对食品微生物检验实行全面质量控制,保证监测结果的准确、公正是必需且至关重要的。
With the economic and social development, people’s living standards improve, people’s concerns and demands for food safety are also getting higher and higher. As an important means of food monitoring - food microbiology testing has become an important line of defense to ensure food safety. Accurate and reliable test data can provide scientific basis for disease prevention and control, health supervision and corresponding measures. Therefore, the implementation of total quality control of food microbiological tests, to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the monitoring results are necessary and crucial.
