为了探讨人工栽培金针菇的高产技术,1985~1986年度进行了以棉籽壳为主要培养基质的配比试验,菌种为三明1号。结果表明,采用98%的棉籽壳(重量比),辅以其他化学肥源,其鲜菇产量可与常规配方(即88%棉籽壳+10%精饲料+1%糖+1%石灰粉)相当,0.25公斤干料可生产鲜菇170~190克。1986~1987年又进行了培养基质的试验,增加了啤酒糟和稻草料等3种处理,明确了一些新的培养料和配方的生产效果。 材料与方法 供试菌种为三明1号。试验设7个处理:①80%啤酒糟+20%棉籽壳;②40%啤酒糟+60%棉
