白克俭同志,河北省新城县人。现年三十岁,过去当过工友,小学教员,汽车司机。一九四四九年北京解放后他参加了工作,在北京市政府开汽车。一九五○年四月在农业部机耕学校学习拖拉机,同年九月从机耕学校毕业,分配到国营芦台农场作拖拉机驾驶工作。一九五三年白克俭同志,担任C—80号拖拉机第五号机车车长。由于他工作积极以身作则带动全组人员,发挥了集体力量,一年当中保持了经常性的工作好、效率高,机具安全,节省油料给国家节省了资金,因此、在年终评模时,白克俭同志被评为一等劳动模范,五号机车组光荣的被选为全场集
