要办好公安类报纸副刊需要弄清或把握四个问题:一、“公安”并非“破案”。公安类报纸副刊的题材应该是十分宽广和丰富的。二、“新闻”仍是“本质”。公安报纸副刊既然是报纸的有机组成部分,就不可能背离报纸的属性——新闻性。三、“参与”促进“教化”。以“平民视角”“平民生活”,甚至请“平民参与”副刊,反而会使副刊具有更强的可读性,从而更能产生“点点滴滴”在心头的教化作用。四、“策划”拓展“空间”。副刊策划方法基本有两种:一是挖掘有新意、有价值的题材。二是开设有创意、有主见的栏目。
