现代医疗技术的多学科协同性很强,医技人员的群体智能往往比个体智能的作用更为重要。医疗工作要求医技人员具有探索事物本质的创造精神和实事求是的科学态度。更要求有良好的协作精神。良好的协作精神有赖于良好的人际关系。只有密切人际关系。才能更好地增强发挥医技人员的群体智能。才能顺利地完成各项医疗、预防、保健任务。为人民的健康事业作出更好的贡献。因此,如何协调、密切医技人员之间的人际关系,有效发挥医技人员群体智能,是值得医院领导者、思想政治工作者认真地探索的内容。
