党的十八大以来,经济发展进入新常态,各级对人力资源社会保障工作提出了一系列新任务、新要求。作为民生工作的重要组成部分,人社部门承担着就业创业、社会保障、人事人才、收入分配、劳动关系等事关改革发展的重要领域。面对全面深化改革的新形势,我们必须坚持底线思维、问题导向,全面深化改革,推进体制创新,实现转型发展,为全市经济社会科学跨越发展提供坚实保障。
