目前,海珍品养殖正在世界范围内迅速发展,各国海洋生物和水产工作者都十分重视海洋饵料生物的培养研究,海洋单细胞藻类是海产经济动物人工育苗必不可少的基本饵料,除对虾、扇贝、鲍鱼、海参等幼体或终身以单胞藻为饵外,也是许多动性饵料如卤虫、轮虫等的饵料。中国科学院海洋研究所,为了解决海洋动物幼体的饵料供应,新近又研究、分离、培养了一种耐低温的等鞭金藻8701。这种藻具有耐低温、对敌害生物抵抗能力强,饵料效果好,易于培养等优良特性。该所于1989年3月7日,邀请有关专家进行了现场验收鉴定,专家们认为:经现场镜检鉴定是一种新分离的单胞藻,现场检查在水温11℃不通气条件下生长良好,在6M~3大池接种6天,每毫升密度由47万繁殖到375万,经-5.5℃冰冻,解冻复苏后活动正常,在同样条件下,较其它同类型单胞藻活动力强。经评议认为:这一新分离的藻种和扩大培育,为对虾、扇贝等早期育苗提供了一个耐低温的适宜饵料,对对虾、扇贝培苗工作有很大意义。

Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in order to solve the feeding of marine animals larvae, recently studied, isolated, cultivated a low-temperature Isochrysis 8701. This algae has the characteristics of low temperature resistance, strong resistance to hostile organisms, good bait effect, easy cultivation and the like. The Institute on March 7, 1989, invited experts to conduct on-site inspection, experts believe that: the site was identified by microscopic examination of a new isolated single-cell algae, the scene check in the water temperature of 11 ℃ under the conditions of good ventilation did not grow well , 6M ~ 3 pool inoculation for 6 days, the density per ml raised from 470,000 to 3.75 million, frozen at -5.5 ℃, thawed and resumed after the normal activity under the same conditions, more powerful than the other types of monocytogenes. It was commented that this newly isolated algae species and expansion breeding provided a suitable low temperature resistant feed for early breeding of prawn and scallop and had great significance for the work of shrimp and scallop seedlings.
