目的探讨CK19与PTEN在甲状腺乳头状癌及甲状腺乳头状增生的表达。方法 Eli VisionTMSuper法检测48例甲状腺乳头状癌和48例甲状腺乳头状增生中CK19与PTEN的表达,分析其敏感度(Sen)、特异度(Spe)、准确度(Acc)、阳性预测值(+PV)、阴性预测值(-PV)。结果 CK19与PTEN的以上指标分别依次为100%、69.45%、85.02%、76.27%、100%;93.77%、100%、96.87%、100%、94.11%,序列试验Spe为100%、Sen为93.77%。结论 CK19与PTEN可作为鉴别甲状腺乳头状癌及甲状腺乳头状增生的主要分子标记物,联合检测效果更好。
Objective To investigate the expression of CK19 and PTEN in papillary thyroid carcinoma and papillary hyperplasia in thyroid. Methods The expression of CK19 and PTEN in 48 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma and 48 cases of thyroid papillary hyperplasia were detected by Eli Vision TMSuper method. The expressions of CK19 and PTEN in the papillary thyroid carcinoma were analyzed. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, PV), negative predictive value (-PV). Results The above indexes of CK19 and PTEN were 100%, 69.45%, 85.02%, 76.27%, 100%, 93.77%, 100%, 96.87%, 100% and 94.11% respectively. The sequence test Spe was 100% and Sen was 93.77 %. Conclusions CK19 and PTEN can be used as the main molecular markers to differentiate papillary thyroid carcinoma and papillary thyroid hyperplasia. The combined detection of CK19 and PTEN is better.
