在刑事案件中,被告人的加害行为使被害人身心受到损伤,往往会导致被害人及其家庭在生产和生活上陷入困境甚至绝境。近年来,严重暴力犯罪案件中被害人及其家属涉法上访日益增多,如何保护这一特殊群体的利益成为社会关注的热点,由此,建立刑事被害人司法救助制度的呼声也越来越高。
In criminal cases, the detriment of the accused victimized the victim physically and mentally, which often resulted in the victim and his family getting into trouble or even desperation in their production and daily life. In recent years, the number of petitions for law-related involvement of victims and their families in cases of serious violent crimes has been on the rise. How to protect the interests of this special group of people has become a hot topic of concern to the society. Therefore, the establishment of a system of judicial aid to criminal victims has also become louder and louder.
