液压泄漏问题一直是影响仪器设备性能的问题,液压泄漏难以杜绝,特别是对技术要求精密的液压设备,在长时间承载的情况下,对位置定位要求高,液压泄漏问题显得尤为重要。本文从液压泄漏原因分析、目前设备上减小泄漏采用的方法分析,并从执行机构的结构上进行革新设计,在泄漏情况下,实现支腿油缸长时间定位,完全解决了因液压系统的泄漏而造成的影响。
