自从1986先后担任前郭炼油厂、前郭石化分公司党委副书记、党委书记以来,宫云喜已经在党务工作岗位上辛勤耕耘了 20个春夏秋冬。1986年之前,宫云喜曾任过基层单位的党支部、总支书记。1997年到现在他一直担任党委书记。无论是企业改革发展的顺畅时期,还是企业处于挑战与困境的时候,宫云喜始终靠卓有成效的思想政治工作、靠自己的人格魅力当好“班长”,带好队伍,推动企业各项事业蓬勃发展,先后被吉林省委授予“优秀党务工作者标兵”和“吉林省精神文明建设先进个人”荣誉称号。
