例1 患者男,40岁。因右耳耳闷,听力下降4个月入院。查体:一般情况佳、右耳道口后上见约1.0cm×1.0cm×0.5cm大小肿块,表面皮肤色稍深,无分泌物,无充血,鼓膜看不到,局部无红肿疼痛。左耳正常。电测听检查:右轻度传导性有聋,气、骨导差距25dB、骨导为10dB。局麻下肿块连同周围皮肤切除、骨衣下切除,耳道骨质无破坏、鼓膜完整。病理:耵聍腺腺瘤。2周后痊愈出院,随访2年无复
