The article puts forward the importance and principle of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation in higher vocational education, which provides a reference for higher vocational colleges to improve self - management, self - restraint, self - control and continuous improvement of teaching quality monitoring mechanism. Follow the inherent laws of higher vocational education and teaching, apply the advanced theories, concepts and methods of education and teaching management to comprehensively construct the teaching quality guarantee system in higher vocational colleges so as to promote the scientific and standardized development of teaching quality management in higher vocational colleges.
