在阐述林权市场化运作必须具备的条件的基础上,分析了南方集体林区林权市场化运行受阻的原因,提出了林权市场化运作的目标模式和推动林权市场化运作的对策。
On the basis of expatiating the necessary conditions for the forestation of forest tenure, this paper analyzes the reasons why the forestation of forest tenure in the southern collective forest is impeded, puts forward the target mode of market-oriented operation of forest tenure and the countermeasures to promote the market-oriented operation of forest tenure.
