我院和北京市朝阳医院协作,治疗急性心肌梗塞和急性循环衰竭取得满意疗效的“抗心梗合剂”、“复方生脉针”,经动物实验证明,均具有提高机体耐缺氧能力的作用。本文对这两个方剂的抗缺氧作用机理作了初步探讨,测定了全血2,3—DPG的含量。早在1925年,Greenwald就报告,在猪的红细胞中发现大量的2,3—二磷酸甘油酸(2,3—Diphosphoglyceric Acid简称2,3—DPG),后来Rapoport和Guest注意到在人和其他种族的生物红细胞中也存在高水平的2,3—DPG。然而,直到1967年Benesch R和Benesch R.E.,Chanu
