通过对某电镀添加剂企业的职业病危害现状调查,找出职业病防护措施的问题和不足,提出具体改进措施建议,指导企业进行持续的风险管理与控制。采用检查表、检测检验法、风险评估等方法,对企业职业病危害现状进行分析、评价。结果显示,工作场所主要职业病危害因素为氟化钠、铬酐、氯化镍、盐酸、硫酸、苛性碱等化学因素和物理因素噪声。铬酐的职业病危害风险处于高风险水平;氯化镍、氟化钠、硫酸、氢氧化钠的职业病危害风险虽处于中等风险水平,但风险指数均较高。企业落实评价提出改进措施后,工作场所铬酐存在职业病危害的风险降为中等风险水平。
Through the investigation of occupational hazards of an electroplating additive enterprise, the author finds out the problems and deficiencies of occupational disease protection measures, puts forward suggestions on specific measures for improvement, and guides the enterprises to conduct continuous risk management and control. Adopt checklist, test and test method, risk assessment and other methods to analyze and evaluate the current situation of occupational disease hazards in enterprises. The results showed that the main occupational hazards in the workplace were chemical and physical factors such as sodium fluoride, chromic anhydride, nickel chloride, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and caustic. The risk of occupational hazards of chromic anhydride is at a high risk level. The risks of occupational hazards of nickel chloride, sodium fluoride, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide are at medium risk, but the risk index is high. After the implementation of the evaluation of enterprises to propose improvements, the workplace risk of occupational hazards of chromic anhydride reduced to a medium level of risk.
