目的:优选蝉贝口服液的澄清工艺。方法:通过观察澄清度、测定总生物碱含量,比较了硅藻土吸附法、乙醇沉淀法、壳聚糖澄清法、离心法、大孔树脂吸附技术5种澄清工艺的差异。结果:5种澄清工艺对2个指标均有不同程度的影响,其中大孔树脂吸附技术既能保留有效成分,且溶液澄清。结论:大孔树脂吸附技术可作为蝉贝口服液的澄清工艺。
Objective: To optimize the clarification process of cicada shellfish oral liquid. Methods: The contents of total alkaloids were determined by observing the degree of clarity. The differences of five clarification processes by diatomite adsorption, ethanol precipitation, chitosan clarification, centrifugation and macroporous resin adsorption were compared. Results: The five kinds of clarification processes all had different degrees of influence on the two indexes. Among them, the macroporous resin adsorption technology could retain the active ingredients and clarify the solution. Conclusion: Macroporous resin adsorption technology can be used as the clarification process of Cicadae Oral Liquid.
