在智能移动设备快速普及的背景下,Facebook、What apps等既是个人社交工具,也是企业的运营工具,使得人们的生活与工作已无法分离。通过从个人媒体工具、企业媒体工具、企业媒体战略类型多个角度,对香港当前社交媒体应用的调研数据分析可知,香港企业对社交媒体要求日益强烈,也赋予很高期望,但应更多应用于特定领域,如客户服务、产品/活动宣传、企业形象展示等。
