目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)及脉冲多普勒 (PD)检测用于恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的早期诊断 ,疗效观察及判断疾病转归的应用价值。方法 应用CDFI及PD检测滋养细胞肿瘤患者 5 2例 ,并以正常妊娠妇女 5 0例作为对照。结果 CDFI能迅速直观了解肿瘤内血流状态及分布 ,以阻力指数 (RI)等于 0 46作为判断恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断依据 ,而且化疗前后RI变化明显。结论 CDFI对于恶性滋养细胞肿瘤早期诊断与指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of malignant trophoblastic tumor with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed Doppler (PD) detection, and to evaluate the efficacy and prognostic value of the disease. Methods 52 cases of trophoblastic tumor were detected by CDFI and PD, and 50 normal pregnant women were used as control. Results CDFI could quickly and intuitively understand the state and distribution of blood flow in the tumor. The resistance index (RI) was equal to 0 46 as the basis for diagnosis of malignant trophoblastic tumor, and the change of RI before and after chemotherapy was obvious. Conclusion CDFI is of great significance for the early diagnosis and guidance of clinical treatment of malignant trophoblastic tumor.
