眨眼反射(BR)记录测量的标准化使其在三叉神经、面神经损伤,帕金森氏病以及大脑半球损伤等患者中得以临床应用。BR 由二次神经发放组成:其一是早期发放(R_1),为通过三叉神经脑桥面神经弧的单侧少突触反应:另一是后期发放,为双侧直接(R_2)和交感(CR_(?))性多突触反射。R_2的三叉神经和面神经交结处位于脑干下部,R_2与瞳孔光反射和角膜反射非常相似。当病变影响上述结构及其附近时,R_1受干扰。本文目的在于明确长期昏迷患者的BR的变化及其预后价值。
Standardization of blink reflex (BR) recording measurements has led to its clinical application in patients with trigeminal nerve, facial nerve injury, Parkinson’s disease and cerebral hemisphere lesions. BR consists of secondary neurotransmitters: one is early delivery (R_1), a unilateral oligodendrocyte that passes through the trigeminal nerve pontine arcuate; the other is postnatal delivery, which is bilateral direct (R_2) and sympathetic ?)) Synaptic reflex. R_2 junction of the trigeminal nerve and facial nerve located in the lower part of the brain stem, R_2 and pupil light reflex and corneal reflex are very similar. When the lesion affects the above structure and its vicinity, R_1 is disturbed. The purpose of this paper is to identify the long-term coma patients BR changes and prognostic value.
