努力探究、认识、遵循和掌握不同历史条件下共产党的执政规律,是我们党执政实践的根本前提和重要目标。在改革开放关键阶段召开的中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会,其报告和精神体现了我们党对执政规律认识的全面深化。本文试从党在执政理念、执政基础、执政主题、执政目标、执政方式等方面的更新、推进和优化,对党在执政规律认识上的深化加以总结论述,以期在实践中更好地领会党的十七大精神,认识和把握党的执政规律。
Efforts to explore, understand, follow and master the law governing the Communist Party under different historical conditions are the fundamental premise and an important goal of our party’s governing practice. The report and spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China held at a crucial stage of reform and opening up fully reflect our party’s understanding of the law of governance. This article tries to summarize and review the deepening of the party’s understanding of the ruling law from the perspective of the ruling idea, the ruling basis, the ruling theme, the ruling objectives, the ruling style and so on, in order to better understand the party in practice Spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress, understand and grasp the law of the party in power.
