淮河流域沂河7月上旬发生接近10年一遇较大洪水。在灾情面前,国家防总、水利部和淮河防总领导运筹帷幄,科学决策,淮委各级防汛部门加强监测预报预警,快速部署各项应对工作,科学调度刘家道口、大官庄、二级坝和嶂山闸等控制性水利工程,将沂河和沭河的洪水东调入黄海,或南下通过运河、骆马湖、新沂河等工程排入黄海,有效地控制了洪水,交出了今年淮河流域“防汛抗洪初考”的满意答卷。
