研究了15个厚朴种源间生物量变异、分配格局及遗传稳定性,结果表明:厚朴种源间总生物量及各指标生物量差异达到显著水平;种源间生物量分配格局有4种类型,其中12个种源生物量分配格局为叶>茎>根;苗高和地径在地点及种源间均存在极显著差异,基因型对苗高的影响大于环境,环境对地径的影响大于基因型;略阳等7个种源苗高遗传稳定性较好,城固等5个种源的地径遗传稳定性较好.
The biomass, distribution pattern and genetic stability among fifteen Magnolia officinalis provenances were studied. The results showed that the biomass of Magnolia officinalis provenances reached significant level, and the biomass distribution pattern among provenances was 4 The pattern of biomass allocation for 12 provenances was leaf> stem> root.
