我院自1976年1月至1984年12月共收治胆道感染508例,其中急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎(ACSI)46例,占9.06％。本组经中西医结合治疗,总有效率为93.30％,仅1例死亡,获得较满意效果,现小结如下。临床资料一、一般资料:男19例,女27例;年龄19～84岁,51岁以上30例。既往有明显胆道病史40例,14例有胆道蛔虫病史,5例有胆道手术史。二、临床主要表现:全组病人均有上腹痛、寒颤、发热、巩膜黄染症状,大部分病例有恶心、呕吐、便秘;均扪及肿大之胆囊,收缩压波动在71～90mmHg 28例,另有8例,收缩压虽波动在100mmHg左右,但脉率在110次/分以上,且伴有神昏、谵妄等精神神经症状。舌质红终者24例,苔黄腻者30例,脉多弦数或细致无力。WBC 1～2万/mm~326例,大于2万/mm~318例;18例肝功能异常,12例肾功能异常。

Second, the main clinical manifestations: All patients have upper abdominal pain, chills, fever, scleral yellow dye symptoms, most cases have nausea, vomiting, constipation; palpable enlarged gallbladder, systolic blood pressure fluctuations in 71 ~ 90mmHg 28 cases , While another 8 cases, although the systolic blood pressure fluctuations in about 100mmHg, but the pulse rate at 110 beats / min or more, and accompanied by Shen Shen, delirium and other neurological symptoms. 24 cases of the final red tongue, yellow greasy moss in 30 cases, pulse multi-chord number or meticulous weakness. WBC 1 ~ 20000 / mm ~ 326 cases, more than 20,000 / mm ~ 318 cases; 18 cases of liver dysfunction, 12 cases of renal dysfunction.
