钻杆和钻铤等管状螺纹连接件,是钻探和石油钻井工业中的关键设备。它们长期工作于恶劣环境和高应力状态,容易产生疲劳裂纹,若不能及时排除,很可能导致重大事故。本文作者对管状螺纹连接件的超声检测方法进行了研究,本文以钻铤检测为例,介绍探头设计的考虑因素和计算方法。据此研制的接触式线聚焦双斜探头,能满足管状螺纹连接件的探伤要求。
Tubular threaded connections such as drill stems and collars are the key equipment in the drilling and oil drilling industries. Their long-term work in harsh environments and high stress conditions, prone to fatigue cracks, if not ruled out, it is likely to lead to major accidents. The author of the tubular threaded connectors ultrasonic testing methods were studied in this paper drill collar detection as an example to introduce the probe design considerations and calculation methods. The contact line focus double-angle probe developed by this method can meet the requirement of testing the tubular threaded connection.
