我国第一条光电集成模块工业性试验线于1989年12月15日在石家庄机电部十三所通过验收。验收会由国家计委委托机电部主持,国家计委科技局姜均露副局长、机电部科技司张海门副总工程师、河北省科委安炳奇主任参加了验收会并做了重要讲话。到会的还有各方面专家20余人。光电集成模块是光纤通信设备中发射端机和接收端机的核心部件。过去这些端机采用分立器件组成,成本高、性能差、故障多、影响通信效果。采用光电集成模块代替分立器件,可使光纤通信端机实现小型化、集成化,具有功耗低、性能好、可靠性高等优点。验收委员会一致认为:该中试线设备仪器
China’s first industrial test line for optoelectronic integrated modules passed acceptance on December 15, 1989 in Shijiazhuang Electromechanical Department. More than 20 experts from various fields attended the conference. The photoelectric integration module is the core component of the transmitter and receiver in the optical fiber communication equipment. In the past, these terminals were composed of discrete devices, which resulted in high costs, poor performance, and many failures, which affected the communication results. The use of an optoelectronic integrated module instead of a discrete device enables the optical fiber communication terminal to be miniaturized and integrated, with advantages of low power consumption, good performance, and high reliability. The acceptance committee agreed that the pilot line equipment
