目的探索罗红霉素胶囊溶出度测定的新方法。方法采用茜素红荷移分光光度法测定罗红霉素胶囊溶出度。结果罗红霉素在50.00~200.0μg/ml范围内,吸光度(A)与浓度(C)呈良好的线性,A=0.00352C-0.078267,r=0.9994。回收率为100.6%,(n=9,RSD=1.4%)。结论方法专属性强,简便、准确、重现性好,可以用于该制剂溶出度的质量控制。
Objective To explore a new method for determination of dissolution of roxithromycin capsules. Methods The dissolution of roxithromycin capsules was determined by alizarin red shift spectrophotometry. Results Roxithromycin had a good linearity between absorbance (A) and concentration (C) in the range of 50.00 ~ 200.0μg / ml, A = 0.00352C-0.078267, r = 0.9994. The recovery was 100.6% (n = 9, RSD = 1.4%). Conclusion The method is specific, simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of dissolution of the preparation.
