The Trust Law of the People’s Republic of China was passed by the 21st Session of the Standing Committee of the Ninth National People’s Congress on April 28, 2001 and came into force on October 1, 2001. The Trust Law includes a total of 74 articles, including the General Provisions, the establishment of the trust, the parties to the trust, the change and termination of the trust, the public trust and the supplementary provisions. Does the Trust Law clearly define the trust?
