为了使编辑学研究与现代科学的发展结合起来,以推动编辑出版事业的发展,受全国高校自科学报研究会学术委员会委托,全国“新学科与编辑学”学术研讨会于一九八九年四月二十一日至二十五日在成都科技大学召开.参加研讨会的有来自全国各地的七十一名从事高校学报工作的代表.研讨会自始至终是在四川省高校学报研究会的直接关怀下顺利进行,四川省原副省长、四川省人大常委会副主任、四川省科技期刊编辑协会名誉理事长康振黄教授、成都科大副校长程尊宁、四川大学副校长数学系教授、四川省高校学报研究会理事长刘应明
In order to integrate editorial research with the development of modern science and to promote the development of editorial and publishing work, the National Academic Seminar on New Disciplines and Editorials, commissioned by the Academic Committee of the National Academic Journal of Universities, Held at Chengdu University of Science and Technology from April 21 to 25. The seminar was attended by 71 representatives from universities and colleges that work in colleges and universities in China.
