上海造纸机械厂在一机部济南铸锻机械研究所大力支持下,设计制造了25米~3单轨移动式螺旋型连续混砂抛砂机,于一九七八年九月制造完毕,经初步测定,工艺性能、机械性能基本上符合设计要求,同年十一月一边调试一边投产试用。该机适用于水玻璃自硬砂作单件或小批量的大中铸件的外模或泥芯,显著地减轻劳动强度,成倍提高生产率,还缩短了硬化时间,为自硬砂造型制芯开创了条新路,其结构特点:
