There has been no breakthrough in the transformation of China’s large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to draw lessons from all the useful experience of foreign countries, combine national conditions, and formulate practical and feasible implementation plans so that the difficulties of this reform can be solved. Japan has similarities with China in terms of cultural backgrounds, ethical standards, etc. Some practices in business operations are easier for us to understand than corporate practices in Western countries. The author went to Japan earlier this year to conduct a long-term training on international technology trade in enterprises.
