2010年4月21日,青海玉树大地震7天后,中华人民共和国为地震灾害中遇难的同胞举行全国哀悼活动,全国和驻外使领馆为遇难者下半旗志哀,停止公共娱乐活动。
On April 21, 2010, after 7 days of the Yushu earthquake in Qinghai Province, the People’s Republic of China held a national mourning campaign for its compatriots killed in the earthquake disaster. The entire country and the embassies and consulates abroad stopped their public recreational activities by volunteering for the lower half flag of the victims.
