不同的展会在展览规模、专业水平、市场潜力、客户资源等方面有着不同的特点,从而导致了不同的参展效果和效益。展会的选择是企业管理者在做出参展决策时首要解决的问题。本文通过层次分析法(AHP)在企业参展决策中的运用,试图帮助企业探索出一条系统、科学、合理地参展决策分析思路,有效实现企业参展目标。
Different exhibitions have different characteristics in terms of exhibition scale, professional level, market potential and customer resources, which leads to different exhibition effects and benefits. The choice of exhibition is the first problem that the enterprise manager should solve when making the exhibition decision. Through the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in enterprise participation decision-making, this paper attempts to help enterprises to explore a systematic, scientific and rational decision-making analysis of exhibitors, and effectively achieve their goals.
