目的以CT导引下穿刺法建立肝脏肿瘤动物模型,并以胃十二指肠动脉逆行肝动脉插管法行肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞,探讨此两种方法在动物实验的应用。材料与方法32只新西兰大白兔,先后行CT导引下肝穿刺VX2瘤种植和开腹胃十二指肠动脉逆行肝动脉插管造影和栓塞。结果32只兔中24只肝内种植肿瘤成功,其中1只兔出现肝内2个病灶,CT导引下肝叶穿刺VX2瘤种植法成功率为75%,24只兔均行开腹胃十二指肠动脉逆行肝动脉插管造影和栓塞术,成功20只,成功率为83.3%。结论CT导引下穿刺种植肝VX2肿瘤法和胃十二指肠动脉逆行肝动脉插管法均在动物实验中能够得到理想的实验结果,是介入放射学方法在动物实验中的新应用,值得推广。
Objective To establish animal model of hepatic tumor by puncture with CT guidance and perform hepatic artery chemoembolization with retrograde hepatic artery perfusion of gastroduodenal artery to explore the application of these two methods in animal experiments. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Thirty-two New Zealand white rabbits were enrolled in this study. CT-guided hepatic puncture VX2 tumor implantation and open gastroduodenal arterial retrograde hepatic arterial cannulation were performed. Results Twenty-four of the 32 rabbits were successfully treated with intrahepatic tumor implantation. One of the two rabbits developed intrahepatic lesions. The success rate of CT-guided lobectomy VX2 tumor implantation was 75%. Twenty-four rabbits underwent open stomach ten 20 cases of duodenal artery retrograde hepatic arterial cannulation angiography and embolization, the success rate was 83.3%. Conclusion CT guided percutaneous implantation of liver VX2 tumor and retrograde transhepatic arteriovenous gastroduodenal artery catheterization in animal experiments can be the ideal experimental results, is a new application of interventional radiological methods in animal experiments, it is worth Promotion.
