目的:观察复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效和安全性。方法:对照组31例,口服盐酸西替利嗪片5～10mg,1次/d,芦丁片20～40mg,3次/d,维生素C丸100～200mg,3次/d,钙尔奇D片,300～600mg,2次/d。治疗组32例,在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷胶囊1～3粒,3次/d口服,均用药14天。结果:治疗组有效率90.63%、对照组有效率为51.61%,两组比较差异有显著性(P(0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗过敏性紫癜疗效好。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin capsules in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods: The control group of 31 patients, oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets 5 ~ 10mg, 1 / d, rutin 20 ~ 40mg, 3 times / d, vitamin C pill 100 ~ 200mg, 3 times / d, D tablets, 300 ~ 600mg, 2 times / d. The treatment group of 32 cases, on the basis of the control group plus compound glycyrrhizin capsules 1 to 3 capsules, 3 times / d orally, were medication for 14 days. Results: The effective rate was 90.63% in the treatment group and 51.61% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P (0.05) .Conclusion: The compound glycyrrhizin capsule is effective in treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
